Kung pao chicken is a chinese food. Chinese food become my all time favourite since many years ago. My dad is a die hard fan of chinese food, same like me. In short, our family loves chinese foods. The reasons is because chinese food is very healthy; they made steam dishes, use garlic as garlic is good to our body.
Resipnya :
Bahan A
Ayam dipotong dadu
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 tablespoon salt
* isi ayam yang telah dipotong di salut dengan tepung jagung yang telah dicampur garam, goreng dan toskan.
Bahan B
Lada kering dipotong 1-1.5 inci panjang(senang potong 4 je)
2 biji bawang besar kuning ; potong dadu besar-besar.
4 ulas bawang putih dihiris
2 inci halia; hiris nipis
1 biji lada bengala hijau ; dipotong lebar
3 sudu sos tiram
2 sudu sos tomato
1/4 cawan air
minyak untuk menumis
caranya ;
1) panaskan sedikit minyak,
2)goreng lada kering, dan diketepikan
3)tumis halia dan bawang putih hingga garing dan masukkan bawang besar.
4)masukkan lada bengala,isi ayam,sos tiram, cili sos dab sedikit air.
5) biarkan kering, kacau dan matikan api.
